Join us for a powerful and inspiring evening as Richmond District VPA welcomes Cinnamon Brown Productions—a dynamic team making waves in the independent film world through creative storytelling, innovative financing, and mission-driven content.

This special panel discussion will feature Brian Dargon, Ethan Evans, Eric "Cinnamon" Brown, and Tracee Logan, three powerhouse creatives whose unique talents span film production, fashion, directing, casting, and media strategy. Learn how they’re successfully building film series and productions that make an impact—and walk away with insights on financing, producing, and navigating the film industry with purpose and authenticity.

Meet the Panelists:

  • Brian Dargon – A multi-hyphenate artist and producer known for Toxic, Cuffed, and Double Blended, as well as his pioneering work in upcycled fashion.

  • Ethan Evans – A Richmond-based filmmaker and founder of 7th Level Productions, whose work explores the complexity of Black life in America through a raw and purposeful lens.

  • Tracee Logan – An award-winning producer and creative director with over 15 years in TV, film, and live event production, including work on The Real Housewives of Atlanta and Evidence of Innocence.

  • Eric "Cinnamon" Brown  Eric “Cinnamon” Brown is a writer, director, and producer with a background in military counterintelligence and over 15 years of experience spanning independent film, serialized drama, self-publishing, and cultural storytelling. Born and raised in Virginia, Eric established the foundation for his media brand, Cinnamon Brown Entertainment.
